Job Title: Operational Manager

As an experienced Operational Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our coding team to meet production and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to drive team performance and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute daily operational plans to optimize resource allocation and ensure team availability.
