  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience necessary.
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing teams.
  • 1+ years of transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation.
  • Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong business and technology acumen.
  • Organizational agility.
