Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead our digital transformation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business process and architecture, as well as strong cross-domain knowledge in areas such as HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, and BFS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Drive and govern the digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.
  • Evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on expertise in process tool, frameworks, and techniques.
  • Fair knowledge of GenAI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, Business Application portfolio rationalization, Application Modernization, Containerization, APIs, etc.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in any EAM tool and EA certifications (e.g. TOGAF).
