Job Description

As a key member of the Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD team, the Area Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth through the assigned territory. This includes managing relationships with dealers and retailers, identifying new revenue streams, and expanding the company's network of channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase brand value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and retailers to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Manage sales teams to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales support and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 46 years of experience in channel sales, with a strong background in building material or appliance industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
