Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic individual to join our international chat process team as a full-time Customer Service Representative based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, possessing excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
- Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professionalism, empathy, and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team lead.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat-based customer support systems.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹8.5 lakh - ₹12.5 lakh per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
