Job Description:

As a key member of the Aspire Square Pvt. Ltd team, the Process Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure all required documents are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Scan and organize documents according to our required format and save them in a designated client folder.
  • Record all documents provided by the client and advise on any modifications required to meet our institute's requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure all additional documents are submitted and guide them on any conditions or requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communication and information in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
