Job Summary:

As a key member of the SWASTIK PLACEMENT AGENCY team, the Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for conducting market analysis and carrying out administrative tasks with exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform market analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Carry out fundamental administrative tasks, such as printing, emailing, and obtaining office supplies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Support the Front Office staff and ensure seamless office operations
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Plan and schedule staff meetings and updates
  • Process business invoices, bills, and receipts
  • Assist in management and provide administrative support
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office programs and computer operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
