Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Business Intelligence reporting and analytics analysts.
  • Develop and maintain a fully modernized Microsoft Azure and PowerTools-based analytics environment.
  • Play a key advisory role to Business leaders by managing analytics scope and delivery timelines.
  • Apply advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics, and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making.
  • Leverage engineering competence in advanced analytics techniques, such as linear regression, logistic regression, natural language processing.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in Analytics and Business Intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analytics, metrics, business intelligence (BI), multivariate statistics, and/or predictive modeling.
  • Experience in the business domains of HR or Finance is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in statistical and BI software packages, specifically R, Python, and PowerBI/PowerTools.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
