Job Title: Sales Manager for General Trade and Modern Trade

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our General Trade and Modern Trade sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution
  • Proven track record of sales success and business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
