Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and provide expert guidance on our products and services.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings and proactively initiate sales calls to new prospects.
  • Identify and pursue potential business opportunities by contacting prospective customers and analyze their needs to uncover new opportunities.
  • Schedule and accompany clients on meetings and provide excellent customer service orientation.

Internship Details:

  • This is an on-site internship offering hands-on experience in business development within the real estate sector.
  • The duration of the internship is 3 months with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
  • The stipend for this internship is INR 10,000 per month.
  • Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be open to graduates from any field and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply and should have a strong customer service orientation.
