About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Media Relations

Media Monitoring & Coverage
  • Monitor traditional and digital media including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires for opportunities.
  • Collate, analyse, and evaluate media coverage.
Publicity & Campaign Management
  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns to promote news stories and features.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media.
  • Promote news stories and features ('selling in').
Event Management
  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits.
  • Attend and promote client events to media and PR platforms.
Brand Development
  • Develop and foster relationships with brands and 3rd parties on behalf of ESSC.
  • Leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities.
Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement
  • Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities.
Research & Analysis
  • Commission and undertake market research.
  • Research new business proposals and present to potential clients.
