Job Title: Biotechnology Sales Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Biotechnology Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in biotechnology, molecular biology, or microbiology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs for products related to molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology.
  • Promote and sell these products by providing product demonstrations and technical support to clients.
  • Achieve sales goals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of molecular biology, microbiology, or food technology principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (15-20 days per month) to meet clients and develop business opportunities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or Master's degree in Microbiology. A background in dairy technology is also relevant.

Experience:

0-5 years in sales or a related field with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
