Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations and Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing machinery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Operations: Operate and monitor machinery used in nutraceutical manufacturing according to established standards.
  • Equipment Setup and Calibration: Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines to guarantee accurate and efficient production.
  • Routine Checks: Conduct regular equipment checks to prevent downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain product quality standards during machine operations in line with GMP guidelines.
  • Data Recording: Record machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime logs accurately.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in machinery operations within Nutraceuticals, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting; knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices; familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines (FSSAI/ISO).
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
