Job Description

  • The key role of the Assistant Manager is to oversee and facilitate various projects across all plant areas.
  • Ensuring that project development services are delivered efficiently and effectively according to the requirements of each plant section with a focus on safety.
  • Contributing to planning work and allocating tasks to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing the annual capital budget, cost compression, RACE & Small schemes for related departments, their implementation, and control.
  • Planning and preparing documentation for cost compression, RACE & Small schemes and PAT, REC & NECA completion within agreed time frames.
  • Monitoring key parameters of project activities daily, ensuring high standards of safety and project performance within agreed or available time frames.
  • Managing and upgrading department project standards, targets, and performance within agreed time frames, bringing continuous improvements through benchmarking and aligning with organizational targets.
  • Preparing monthly Continuous Improvement reports on a regular basis.
  • Controlling Sanction Capital Budgets & Special sanction in Revenue Budgets.
