Solar Power Plant Installation Specialist

As a Solar Power Plant Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of solar power plant projects. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting site surveys and feasibility assessments to ensure that the project meets all necessary requirements.
You will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power plants, ensuring that all electrical wiring, panel connections, and safety compliance are met. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the execution phase.
Effective communication with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders is essential for the success of this role. You must be able to maintain a high level of quality standards while working efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience executing solar projects (shop floor experience is mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar plants.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar plant maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
