We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the solar industry. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level technical support to installation companies, customers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services
  • Handle and log all technical inquiries
  • Conduct quality checks on installations and collect feedback from installers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
  • Evaluate critical issues and escalate them to the relevant authorities
  • Monitor post-installation smart meter applications

This role requires collaboration with Sales, Design and Customer Service teams, reporting directly to the Construction Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the solar sector or education in renewable energy, strong communication skills and knowledge of solar systems and electrical diagrams.
