Senior Solar Power Plant Installation Expert

We are currently seeking an accomplished Solar Plant Installation Specialist to lead our team in the execution of solar power plant projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in installing, testing, and commissioning solar plants, with a strong background in electrical engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar installations.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power plants, ensuring proper wiring, panel connections, and safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Work closely with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and high-quality standards.
- Maintain and update documentation related to project execution.
- Train and guide junior technicians and support staff.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in executing solar projects, with shop floor experience being mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar plants.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar plant maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
