We are seeking a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance professional to spearhead our plant maintenance operations in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP Plant Maintenance module and be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting the system to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement plant maintenance processes, ensuring seamless integration with other business units.
  • They will configure and customize the SAP Plant Maintenance module based on business requirements, streamlining workflows and optimizing resource allocation.
  • The successful candidate will perform thorough system testing and provide comprehensive user training on SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities, ensuring all stakeholders are proficient in using the system.
  • They will analyze maintenance data and generate reports for management review, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • The candidate will support end-users in resolving issues related to the SAP Plant Maintenance module, providing timely and effective assistance to minimize downtime.
  • They will maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations and user procedures, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • The successful candidate will ensure compliance with internal and external regulations regarding maintenance practices, maintaining a high level of accountability and responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module implementation and support.
  • A strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and best practices is essential.
  • The candidate should possess proficiency in SAP configuration and custom development for Plant Maintenance, as well as experience with integration of SAP Plant Maintenance with other SAP modules like MM and SD.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management principles and methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
