Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:
  • Provide technical assistance and support for banking applications, focusing on Finacle 10X version - L2 Support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to CASA, Term Deposit, Loans, ODCC, and Payments modules.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system errors using various tools and techniques, including traces, logs, and scripts.
  • Develop and implement SQL queries to retrieve data and improve system performance.
  • Understand the structure and organization of Finacle 10x tables to optimize database operations.
  • Apply scripting skills in Unix environments to automate tasks and workflows.
  • Tune product configurations to meet changing business requirements without affecting existing functionality.
  • Debug and analyze complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Deliver patches and hotfixes to address critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Support acceptance testing (UAT) by providing expert guidance and feedback to bank users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finacle 10X version - L2 Support.
  • Proven expertise in banking domain and application knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of CASA, Term Deposit, Loans, and Payments modules.
  • Excellent debugging and analysis skills.
  • Experience with customization and patch deployment.
