Senior Application Hosting Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Application Hosting Manager to join our team. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of application environments.
Your key responsibilities will include performing environment refreshes, patching, and upgrades as per project and business requirements. You will also ensure that environments comply with IT security and audit requirements.
In addition to these tasks, you will monitor system performance, logs, and scheduled jobs to ensure high availability. Troubleshooting and resolving application hosting issues in coordination with infrastructure, DBA, and application teams will also be a key part of your role.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve hosting issues, document configurations, procedures, and environment details in knowledge repositories. Your expertise in user provisioning, roles, and access rights in compliance with security policies will be essential.
A backup and disaster recovery readiness for application environments is also crucial. This includes ensuring regular backups and supporting IQ/OQ validation documentation and execution during deployments or upgrades.
Lastly, you will provide support for internal/external audits by maintaining SOPs and compliance records.
