About the Role:

  • This position involves developing and executing national and local marketing strategies to drive awareness of the brand, attract new franchisees, and support existing ones.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with franchisees to create and execute customized marketing campaigns tailored to specific local markets.
  • We require someone to oversee the creation of digital content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other channels to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all locations.
  • This role also entails assisting in the creation of promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements focused on both franchise recruitment and local student acquisition.
  • An integral part of this job is organizing and managing educational fairs, franchise expos, and other events to raise brand visibility and attract new partners.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Previous marketing experience in the education sector, preferably within a franchise model, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of franchise marketing and experience working with franchisees is crucial.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
