Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Global Contract Negotiator to join our Strategic Sourcing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and executing Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Addendums for both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various Commercial Agreements, including Master Agreements, Technology and Software/Subscription (SAAS) Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Consultancy Agreement, Services Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, and other Vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate the Review, Vetting, Execution of Agreements, including negotiation of Commercial Contracts and tracking/updating matters in Contract Management System.
  • Manage Teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytically approach Commercial Contracts and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven work experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing Global Commercial Contracts in MSP Space.
  • Prior experience working with US Staffing Agreements and Compliance related documents.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and learn new things.
  • Ability to take ownership, operate independently, and deliver Legal services with urgency, reliability, practicality, and trustworthiness.
  • Support Business departments on major and complex Legal matters and play an active role in the development and effectiveness of the legal department by sharing knowledge and experience.
  • Identify, assess, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks through proper strategic and management action plans, as necessary.
