Job Overview:
">SGB BrandSafway, a leading player in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercials Manager to join its Hyderabad team. With over 10 years of experience in commercial contract management, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract negotiations, financial analysis, and risk management.
">This role involves overseeing commercial operations, managing contract execution, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include commercial contract management, risk assessment and mitigation, financial analysis and cost control, vendor and client relationship management, compliance and legal liaison, reporting and documentation, and leadership and team collaboration.
">The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field, and have a proven track record of negotiating and managing complex contracts. Strong analytical and financial skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
">The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.">

- Conduct thorough risk assessments on contracts, identifying potential liabilities and proposing risk mitigation strategies.">
- Ensure all contracts align with the companys risk management framework and legal compliance requirements.">
- Monitor contract performance to mitigate risks related to delivery, quality, cost overruns, and timelines.">
- Financial Analysis & Cost Control:">

- Manage the financial aspects of commercial contracts, including budgeting, cost estimation, and profit margins.">
- Conduct financial analysis to ensure contract profitability and adherence to company financial goals.">
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and report on the financial performance of contracts.">
- Vendor & Client Relationship Management:">

- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors.">
- Act as the primary point of contact for client contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals.">
- Support business development teams by providing commercial input on new business proposals.">

- Liaise with the legal team to ensure contract terms are compliant.">
- Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance policies.">

- Prepare detailed reports on contract performance, financial status, and risk management.">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.">
- Provide regular updates to senior management on commercial performance and key risks.">

- Lead and mentor junior team members in contract management, negotiations, and risk analysis.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and alignment with business objectives.">

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial contract management.">
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex contracts.">
