Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our Strategic Sourcing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and managing Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Addendums for both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will interface with internal and external customers at all levels, driving towards amicable and compliant outcomes.
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in the MSP Space (Staffing and Recruitment Industry) and strong experience in MSP Contract Management.

Primary Duties:

  • The selected individual will review, draft, and negotiate various Commercial Agreements, including Master Agreements, Technology and Software/Subscription (SAAS) Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Consultancy Agreement, Services Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, and other Vendor agreements based on third-party and company-standard templates.
  • The successful candidate will independently coordinate the Review, Vetting, Execution of Agreements, including negotiation of Commercial Contracts and tracking/updating matters in the Contract Management System.
  • Team Management and Stakeholder Management are also essential responsibilities of this role.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, written, and verbal communication skills to finalize Commercial Contracts.

Essential Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of proven work experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a variety of Global Commercial Contracts in the MSP Space.
  • Prior experience working with US Staffing Agreements and Compliance-related documents is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
  • The successful candidate should have a strong sense of urgency, reliability, practicality, and personal skills compatible with building trust with stakeholders.
  • Support to Business departments on major and complex Legal matters and active participation in the development and effectiveness of the legal department by sharing knowledge and experience are expected.
  • Ensuring timely identification, assessment, evaluation, and mitigation of legal risks through proper strategic and management action plans is crucial.
  • Shift Timing: 6:30pm - 3:30am IST (USA- EST Shift)

Compensation and Benefits

Workspend Inc. offers an estimated annual salary of $85,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
