Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Oversee the development of scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
