Senior Automation Solutions Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation.
Job SummaryThe Senior Automation Specialist will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Lead automation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
- Design and develop advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
- Experience with automation tools such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, and AWS S3.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
