We are seeking a seasoned automation expert to spearhead the development and maintenance of cutting-edge robotic process automation solutions. As an Automation Executive, you will be responsible for building and sustaining automation systems that drive operational efficiency and streamline financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Development and Support: Develop and maintain automation solutions, providing daily production support for deployments. Focus on troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to automations within various finance areas, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve system issues for end-users and developers. Provide development and testing support, ensuring all automations adhere to best practices and documentation standards.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in change management to facilitate the adoption of new processes. You will also have the opportunity to develop new solutions and continuously improve existing ones.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation, with experience in both development and production support preferred.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with UiPath is required. Proficiency with Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Microsoft Power Platform is preferred. Knowledge of programming fundamentals and entry-level proficiency with VB Script, SQL, or .Net is a significant asset.
  • Personal Attributes: You should be a self-motivated, creative problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with various finance teams.
