About Us

We provide support for users of our software system. We are looking for someone to be part of our team and help with technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare articles on software features for clients

· Create instruction manuals for internal use

· Design systems and create guides for internal/external support

· Assist in preparing details for developing new features

· Liaise with teams concerning product development or project details

· Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration

· 1 year of experience in software or product related fields (preferred)

· Analytical skills with attention to detail

· Good command of written and spoken English

· Good report writing and research skills

· Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

· Independent, self-motivated, responsible, and diligent

· Passion for software products and researching new technology

· Able to work independently and meet deadlines

· Excellent skills in Excel & Word
