Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide top-notch technical support for computer systems and large format printing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking, computer hardware, operating systems, and printer drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of large format printers at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of large format printers and computer systems.
  • Diagnosis of printer faults, preventive maintenance, and resolution of technical issues related to printing systems and peripherals.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware, software, and networking issues for business customers.
  • Calibration, alignment, and test prints to ensure optimal printer performance.
  • Maintenance of detailed service reports after each service visit.
  • Coordination with technical support teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Management of spare parts inventory and request replacements when needed.
  • Providing technical guidance and training to customers on proper usage and maintenance of printers and computer systems.
  • Ensuring timely service response and achieving defined service KPIs.
  • Supporting customer escalations and follow-up to ensure issue resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Educational background: Any degree (Engineering, Science, IT, Computer Applications, etc.).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in service and maintenance of computers, printers, or large technical equipment.
  • Knowledge of large format printers or computer systems troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Will to travel frequently within the region.
