Our salary package includes ₹3.00 - 4.5 LPA based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Customer Executive will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Goofy Tails products and services.

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve order, product, and return issues promptly
  • Manage customer records and CRM system updates
  • Recommend products based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with other teams for complex issues
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree; 0-1 years of customer support experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

This role requires working onsite 100% of the time, including alternate Saturdays. Chats with customers and customer calling are a must.
