Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Director Position

We are inviting experienced professionals to apply for the position of Pharmaceutical Sales Director at Bionova Lifesciences. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in managing sales teams.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for appointing, managing, and supporting a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. They will also coordinate with sales teams to generate and meet with prospective leads, track and report all sales activities, and develop and execute sales strategies through market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the sales team to achieve sales targets

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record in sales management and ability to provide references from top distributors
  • Experience in selling pharmaceutical products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation Package:

The salary package offered is between ₹6 lakhs and ₹8 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range based on qualifications and experience.
