Job Overview

Economy Process Solutions Private Limited is a leading engineering company in Mumbai with factories in Pune, specializing in process equipment and vacuum systems for industries like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. We are seeking a Sales Director to develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

About the Role

This full-time hybrid role reports to the GM South. The Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as knowledge of the engineering industry, particularly process equipment and vacuum systems.

Requirements
  • Sales strategy development and execution experience
  • Business development and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry, particularly process equipment and vacuum systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the vacuum plant and process industry

Preferred qualifications include experience in sales in the chemical and pharma industry. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
