About the Role

A highly organized and proactive Support Professional, you will assist our Chief Editor in overseeing business operations. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Chief Editor while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and business engagements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee project deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups to guarantee timely completion.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as required to foster effective communication.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent field.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and task management tools is necessary for success.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently is crucial for this role.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential matters are vital.
