Job Opportunity:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is an exciting position within our organization, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talents.

About the Job:

  • This specialist will be managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to final hire, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles, developing job descriptions and posting them on job boards and internal systems.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and acquire top talent by using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar talent acquisition role or as a Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and human resources best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree with good communication skills.
