Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement winning strategies for Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram ads
- Drive continuous improvement in ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign efficiency
- Lead cross-functional A/B testing initiatives to enhance creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting effectiveness
- Collaborate with creatives to craft innovative ad concepts that resonate with audiences
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth
- Stay agile and adapt to new paid channels to maintain Nap Chief's competitive edge
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, data, and metrics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Sheets
- Balance between analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment
- Bonus: Experience with retention marketing, CRO, or email/SMS marketing
