About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute campaigns on paid-media channels, aligning with client requirements.
  • Analyze post-campaign results and provide comprehensive reports.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly based on performance metrics.
  • Resolve technical issues related to handled channels.
  • Design and implement digital strategies for respective brands.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of core experience executing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads or similar roles in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in E-commerce and/or D2C business models is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and data interpretation is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-starting, and able to understand industry trends.
