Price Book Coordinator Job Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining and updating item level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook. It involves inputs new and updated item level pricing and monthly promotional activity from multiple vendors, ensuring regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing of old items.

  • Maintains and cleans up Pricebook data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Works daily with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners to resolve problems and escalate calls as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • PDI/Price Book experience a plus
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up
  • Excellent data entry & communication skills
