**Job Title:** Senior Associate Pricing

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Pricing. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the pricing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal evaluation for IT services involves taking input from multiple teams and translating the same into deal commercials.
  • Preparation of a customer pricing presentation sheet, along with listing out key deal commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring deal commercials are in alignment with appropriate risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws (i.e., ARD and TUPE), etc.
  • Contract redlining, review, and discussion with the internal team (delivery, legal, business, etc.) and participating in customer negotiations.
  • Preparation of deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet
  • Preparation of the deal termination schedule.
  • Identifying the accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L that is in alignment with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS)
  • Coordinating with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussion.
  • Ability to identify commercial and contracting risks in the deal, highlight the same to leadership, and suggest or deploy a mitigation approach.
  • Collaborate with other functions of the finance team on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Ability to multitask between priorities to meet all organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Interface and coordinate with the development team on system enhancements, responsible for strong internal controls.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, preferably in an IT services company
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
