We are seeking a seasoned Financial Communication Specialist to join our Investor Relations department. The selected candidate will engage in direct interactions with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and consistent communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.
  • The Financial Communication Specialist will engage in inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
  • They will provide information about the company's financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Support investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintain records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, corporate communications, and compliance teams for accurate dissemination of information.
  • Escalate critical investor queries to the Investor Relations Manager/Leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory norms during communication.
For this role, we are looking for a graduate or postgraduate degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Freshers with 1 year of experience in voice process/customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services, can also apply. Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills are required along with strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.In addition to the required skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality are necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders are also expected.Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication is preferred. Knowledge of stock market regulations and corporate governance, as well as exposure to CRM tools and call management software, are considered desirable.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and senior management, exposure to capital markets, investors, and global stakeholders, professional growth in Investor Relations and Financial Communications domain, and a competitive compensation package.
