Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan sprint operations for multiple teams
  • Design and implement formal QA processes and best practices
  • Support and enhance QA methodologies to ensure delivery of predictable, high-quality product releases
  • Monitor and mentor the Test Automation team in building robust test suites
  • Publish team goals, test execution, defect summary, and daily/weekly status reports to stakeholders
  • Manage the QA team efficiently, coach, motivate, and be involved in the hiring and review cycle

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Quality Management
  • Experience in Automation and Mobile application (Selenium and Appium)
  • Hands-on experience on Performance testing using Jmeter
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of test methodology and tools, software testing standards, methods, and conventions
