FUNCTION : Product Supply

LOCATION : India – Mumbai Area

JOB TYPE : Permanent

ROLE SENIORITY : Managerial

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

• Lead the industrialization of new or improved products
• Ensure the quality level of the products manufactured on the production lines meet Envu's specifications and requirements, as the applicable regulations.
• Key resource to answer technical questions and solve formulation, industrial and quality complex problems, including customers complaints.
• Keep launch milestones on track. Gives expert input regarding the definition of formulation production technologies, specifications.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Drives scale-up and large-scale sample preparation consulting PS and has oversight of the Spec Office to develop new specifications.
• Communicate to Global FT technical and process changes, raw and packaging material changes (specifications, supplier…) proposed by the subcontractors for decision and documentation update
• Ensure analytical testing methodologies are deployed in alignment with Envu requirements for laboratory efficiency and analytical reliability.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformities related to product qualityand investigate their causes to respond to them and avoid their repetition (CAPA).
• Manage the maintenance of D365 Quality module for the materials associated to the production lines, both raw materials and finished product, whose result will be the creation of the certificate of analysis provided to customers considering specific requirements and Envu regulations.
• Ensure the quality control processes for the prevention of cross-contamination and the systematic control of changes in the formulation and packaging lines are in place with the optimization of line cleanings in terms of minimizing the risk of cross-contamination and optimizing their efficiency.
• Maintain the business-critical direct interface and alignment with global functionsActively participates and contributes to project teams where project timelines are agreed, and status is effectively communicated
• Ensure the accuracy, compliance, safe, clean, and orderly conduct of operations in subcontracted laboratories and plants in line with federal, state and local regulations, and in accordance with Envu procedures, standards.
• Contribute to quality management and subcontractors' audits, evaluating the results of these and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Run key performance indicators (KPIs) for process evaluation and control. Provide periodic information on KPIs.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• PhD / MS / BS in chemistry, physical chemistry, engineering or other relevant field with at least 8 years resp. years of relevant experience.
• Recognized as an authority in understanding of the different formulation archetypes of our portfolio, development and production processes and capabilities including required product testing and registration
• Ability to innovate, including independent and team-based problem solving, generation of new ideas, and application of ideas to company goals
• Able to access and utilize technical data management tools
• Knowledge of the financial implications of formulation, project management
• Excellent communication (verbal / written) and leadership skills
