Subject Expert & Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

As a Subject Expert & Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the development of high-quality questions for assessments. You will be responsible for managing large numbers of subject matter experts (SMEs) and working closely with other team members to achieve project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing quality standards for question writing and review
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimal levels of item availability in assigned domains/subjects
  • Managing SME performance and training SME pools in different domains/subjects
  • Coordinating with SMEs for test development activities and designing tests in subjects of expertise
  • Supporting lead subject administrators in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements
  • Analyzing post-exam questions and reporting to higher management

Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus
  • Broad understanding of education systems in the country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in education sector related to assessment & evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development
  • Good command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken)

Required Skills:

Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: Social Work/Social Science/Social Studies
