Residential Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Residential Design Expert to create stunning interior designs that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales closures by owning the sales funnel.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences during projects.
- Lead quality accuracy in design deliverables.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Hold a graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of academic education.
- Have minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential Design Expert.
- Led and delivered at least 5-6 residential projects.
- Excel in design tools, PPT presentations, and AutoCAD.
- Master conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning).
- Expertise in civil works services (specifications, installation details) and creating bill of quantities for customers.
- Skillful in coordinating with internal and external agencies.
- Results-oriented, team player with integrity, ethics, and crisp communication skills.
- High willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.
