Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- Structures, you will be responsible for reviewing structural schemes for various residential projects in terms of structural efficiency and buildability.

Key responsibilities include reviewing structural engineering deliverables from consultants, conducting literature surveys on structural analysis & design advancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project cost, time, quality and safety, and providing expert advice in Structural systems, design and detailing of various structural elements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing external consultants, creating guidelines for different construction methodologies, evaluating new construction technology and materials, and ensuring compliance with company defined guidelines and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Applicants should have a degree in M. Tech/M.E (structures) or B.Tech/B.E Civil from a reputed institution.
  • 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in managing Structural design for high-rise residential/township projects.
  • Hands-on experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, BIM 360 etc.
  • Knowledge of value engineering in design of structures at various design stages.
