Education Counsellor Role

We are seeking a skilled Education Counsellor to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and external agencies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent case evaluation skills, ensuring high-quality assessments of client needs.

The selected individual will be responsible for processing academic and visa applications, providing expert advice on application procedures, and coordinating with clients and staff to resolve complex issues. Additionally, the role involves planning and implementing client orientation activities, as well as maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and external partners
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of academic and visa applications
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Participating in the development and implementation of client orientation programs
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and case details

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, social work)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education counselling or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
