Academic Counsellor Role Summary:

The role of an Academic Counsellor is a challenging yet fulfilling position that requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals, providing guidance on various courses such as CPA, CMA, and other finance & accounting certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and working professionals
  • Provide counselling services on courses such as CPA, CMA, and other finance & accounting certifications
  • Understand the students' career goals and offer guidance on the best course options
  • Follow up with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Convert inquiries into enrolments by effectively explaining course benefits
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with student details and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts
  • Meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets
Work Arrangements:

This role is available at multiple locations, including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Kochi, Delhi, and Hyderabad. Our team operates on a 6 days WFO schedule, with Mondays off for counsellors.
