Position Overview:

As an Academic Advisor at our vibrant experience center, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the educational journey of students and parents. This is not just a job; it's a leadership role that shapes the future of education and contributes positively to our society.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enhancing Visitor Experience:
  • Immerse yourself in our cutting-edge experience center, where you will be at the forefront of providing an unparalleled educational journey for our visitors.
  • Open to travel to college with team members for seminar/ workshop events.
  • Conduct counselling sessions in college and promote brand visibility in college and areas of maximum student crowd.
  • Outbound calls and generating sales-qualified leads
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales qualification life cycle for your assigned leads. Cold calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management fall under this category.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets.
  1. Personalized Guidance:
  • Meet with students and parents to understand their aspirations, interests, and academic goals.
  • Provide personalized guidance to help them choose the best academic courses tailored to their unique needs.
  1. Career Advancement:
  • Empower individuals by offering insights into career enhancement opportunities and future prospects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our programs align with the evolving needs of the workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology and management related field.
  • Proven experience in academic advising, career counselling, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
  • Must be having sales experience between 2 to 7 yrs.
