Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing expert business analysis and quality assurance on projects and products.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead process improvement efforts, utilizing advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques to enable timely resolution of customer issues.

You will work closely with stakeholders to coordinate activities related to processes and operating models, ensuring seamless implementation of quality processes and improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and implement improvement actions to reduce customer complaints.
  • Facilitate and lead root cause analysis for project teams or groups within the organization.
  • Drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions, monitoring trends during implementation for effectiveness review.
  • Support and lead Lean activities at a site or global level.
  • Support the development of a continuous improvement mindset within the organization.

Requirements:

  • An enthusiastic quality professional with a Bachelor's degree and over 6 years of overall work experience, including 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is required, CMMI adds further value.
  • Strong Project Management skills, Risk-Based Thinking, Ability to adapt and manage Change, Agile Practitioners, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Quality Control Systems and Tools e.g. Statistical Process Control is strongly desired.
  • Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
