Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Tele Collections Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling customers to remind them of their payment due dates and following up with delinquent customers for payment recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to remind payment due dates
  • Follow up with delinquent customers for payment recovery
  • Coordinate with field collection teams when required
  • Update call and collection records in the system

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 12 years of collections experience or equivalent skills
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of payment processes
  • Familiarity with data entry and system updates
