Senior Manager Role
  • Lead tax advisory engagements, delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
  • Supervise the delivery of tax opinions, notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Oversee tax compliances, including filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, and advance tax provisioning.
  • Manage tax assessment and litigation proceedings before authorities, ensuring timely execution.
  • Develop managers and executives through training and mentorship, creating a stronger bench.
  • Distribute tax technology assets through licensing and managed services.
  • Coordinate end-to-end tax operate engagements as a single point of contact.
  • Manage internal client codes for time logging, invoicing, and collections.
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore existing ones for growth.
  • Contribute to firm eminence programs, events, written contributions, and speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with other tax services lines and business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA with 8-10 years' experience in Direct Taxation.
  • Preferably from Big 4 firms.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Innovative thinking and market trend awareness.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Time and cost management skills.
  • Team leadership and mentorship abilities.
